We ship most all orders within 2 to 4 business days. Items that are scheduled for local pickup are often available for faster pick up depending on the level of customization involved. If there is a problem with a product you ordered shipping within this time frame you will be promptly notified. You will get a notification along with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We only allow returns/exchanges on certain items. Items used for personal health issues such as face coverings are not returnable. Items that have been personalized are not returnable unless there is a mistake on our end. Non-personalized items have a 7-day return policy as long s they are in like-new condition. However should you have a problem with your product, please contact us and we’ll work with our customers on a case by case basis. We aim to please as much as is humanly possible.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
