Shipping Policy
Buyers pay for shipping. I will ship with Usps in flat rate boxes when that is an available option for the product you have chosen.
Refund Policy
Orders are custom made and personalized so no refunds available but if you are not happy for any reason I will work with you to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Custom orders can not be exchanged once they are personalized to what you want.
